Just kidding.

On this edition of The Hunt, we meet Tim Kelly, an investor, who buys homes, renovates them, and then sells them or rents them out.

Tim is looking to buy a property in The Hamptons, and he enlists Martha Gunderson of Brown Harris Stevens to help him find his next property.

The first home, in East Hampton Village, offers the traditional charm you’d expect from a house in The Hamptons, but doesn’t lack any of the luxury you’d expect from, well, a home in The Hamptons. A backyard gunite pool offers a great outlet for entertaining. Inside, a fireplace creates a cozy ambiance for the living room. Tim seems to really like the home, but like any good investor, wants to look at his other options.

The next home is located away from the village, and has more natural surroundings. Inside, the home is a bit more traditional with a fireplace and other decor, reminiscent of a country cabin. Outside, Tim finds another gunite pool, but this one is nearly Olympic size.
