On this edition of The Hunt, Kiera Konis and her husband are looking to upgrade from their classic five. Kiera isn’t sure exactly where she envisions herself moving, but an Upper West Side address and ample closet space are two must haves.

Broker Layla Rose has two apartments in mind, but they certainly have their differences. One comprises the top two floors of a townhouse, while the other offers an elevator and a doorman.

And yes, Kiera has plenty of closet space to look at. Will Kiera like the first apartment’s bohemian meets pre-war feel with the exposed brick living room and rooftop access? Or will she prefer the second property — a classic six with natural light pouring into the 14th floor?
