We talked to Scott Pactor, owner of Appellation Wine and Spirits, a West Chelsea wine purveyor that relies on organic and biodynamic wine providers. Organic grapes mean healthier wine and creating wine and spirits biodynamically means less of a toxic impact on the environment. There may be an ongoing debate about the health benefits of wine, but it’s obvious that buying organic wine has its perks.
