There’s no shortage of taco stands in Los Angeles, but that just makes the competition fiercer among tacquerias. We sent Conor Knighton on a taco tour of sorts, to scout out the best places to grab a taco (or dos).
Conor braved a long line at Tito’s in Culver City, where tacos are as authentic as they come: shredded beef in a hard shell. Don’t be surprised if you start singing “I love Tito’s Tacos.” And you might not think you’d find great tacos at a farmer’s market, but Conor did — at the Loteria Grill in the Farmer’s Market.
Another great place to grab a taco — and catch it if you can — is the Taco Truck. Hey, sometimes great food has wheels.
We promise you’ll spot nary a chiuahaha at our top picks. Tell us your favorite place to grab a taco in the comments below.
