Each week, we give our nod to the best that LA has to offer with the LX.TV Spotlight of the Week. This week, we shine that honor on Santa Monica’s One Pico, a recently-renovated restaurant that overlooks the Pacific.

Located in the stylish, Shutters Hotel, One Pico incorporates both local and seasonal fare into its eclectic menu — vegetables are often straight from the farmer’s market.

The restaurant plans to open in the beginning of May, but in the meantime catch our sneak peak of the restaurant that Chef Michael Reardon claims embodies everything So Cal is about.
