Cooking with Chef Rick Bayless

Connie got in the kitchen with Chef Rick Bayless, chef of Frontera Grill and creator of Frontera gourmet foods (not to mention, cookbook author and host of PBS' Mexico --  One Plate at a Time.

And what better to make with this authority on Mexican gourmet cuisine than guacamole?! Connie helped Rick whip up a modified version of his "luxury guacamole bar," which serves 25 people. If you're feeling adventurous (or really, really hungry), we've got the recipe.
